Kick The Flu With This Tea

Cook’s Flu Be Gone Tea

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups of water
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 Slices (1/4 inche thick) of fresh ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp cloves
  • 1/2 Tbsp turmeric
  • 1 Pinch cayenne (You can add more if you have a higher heat tolerance, more is better)
  • 1 1/2  Tbsp. Local Raw Honey ( You can change based on your prefered sweetness)

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except honey) to a pot and bring to boil.
  2. Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add homey and stir, adding more if necessary.
  4. Pour tea through a trainer and drink while warm.
