Cook’s Flu Be Gone Tea
Ingredients:
- 3 Cups of water
- 1 Lemon (Juiced)
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 3-4 Slices (1/4 inche thick) of fresh ginger
- 1/4 Tsp cloves
- 1/2 Tbsp turmeric
- 1 Pinch cayenne (You can add more if you have a higher heat tolerance, more is better)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Local Raw Honey ( You can change based on your prefered sweetness)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients (except honey) to a pot and bring to boil.
- Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add homey and stir, adding more if necessary.
- Pour tea through a trainer and drink while warm.
